I can definitely relate! I freelanced out of university for about 4 years before settling into a full time corporate job for more financial security and benefits (which ultimately wasn't my style). I left that job when I moved across the country this year, and now as I'm back to freelancing, I'm debating whether I want to go back to full time. The main reason I'm considering full time is the consistency of pay and to potentially be able to afford a house sooner. But the reality is that I enjoy freelancing so much more. The autonomy, variety, extra time for other projects and interests. Reading your article makes me feel a lot better about wanting to fully go back to freelancing, because part of me has felt guilty about it. So thank you!
